理性架构、感性铺陈。业主夫妇作为居住过国内外、爱好兴趣颇多的高知家庭背景，多次邀请田艾灵作为设计师去他们上海的家进行家访，了解他们从香港到上海家的印记，偶尔夏季还会去到国外陪伴老人、孩子也在国外上学，一个包容的、更国际范又不失个人癖好的家成为主线思路。
Rational structure, perceptual presentation. As a Kochi family background who has lived at home and abroad and has many hobbies, the owner and his wife invited Tian Ailing as a designer to visit their home in Shanghai for many times, so as to understand their imprint from Hong Kong to Shanghai, and occasionally went abroad to accompany the elderly and children to study abroad in summer. An inclusive, more international home without losing personal hobbies became the main idea.
勘测现场时，发现楼栋之间的间距较挤，隐私不好，每层空间单层开阔感不足。经过严谨的空间逻辑梳理，将多余的车位纳入成为负楼层仪式感挑高门厅，这样拥有了不被入户动线干扰的、开放的架子鼓、观影爱好区；相对半私密融合过渡的品酒酒窖区；绝对独立私密享受的雪茄房……
When surveying the site, it was found that the space between buildings was crowded, the privacy was not good, and the single floor of each floor was not open enough. After careful spatial logic combing, the extra parking spaces will be included in the hall with negative floor ceremony feeling, thus having an open drum set and movie-watching hobby area that is not disturbed by the moving line into the house; Relatively semi-private wine tasting cellar area with transitional integration; A cigar room with absolute independence and privacy ...

来到负一楼、下沉庭院包裹住挑高的会客厅，在内开放，在外保障隐私；餐厨的下移，通过理性精准的尺度梳理将负楼层优化采光通风内外借景，就满足了会客、聚餐、聊天、花园BBQ……交互的多功能社交区域。
Come to the first floor, sink the courtyard and wrap the living room to achieve high height, open it inside and protect privacy outside; The kitchen moves down, and the negative floor is optimized for lighting and ventilation by rational and accurate scale combing, thus satisfying the multi-functional social area of meeting guests, having dinner, chatting and garden BBQ.
这样一楼和二楼就成为完全的卧室、书房、电竞更多给家人私密的绝对区域；因为反向负一层到一层打通花园下沉已然实现挑高空间气度，二楼的主卧就可以由曾经一楼的挑高现浇一层形成更隐私且刚好错开邻里视线面中庭的阔景卧室。

我们详细的分享这些构建思路，是想表达设计的价值从来不是表面修饰，而是一开始的容器构建，只有根据每一个房屋自身所处优劣势，扬长避短结合业主需求最优化去实现空间价值提升才是最重要的。一个搭建好的骨架才能脉络清晰、浑然一体去讲述一个完整的关于家的故事。

01. ART ELEGANCE
Elegant, harmonious, refined, balanced and comfortable
形色质感，为表达而生。直线明快，曲线灵动，起伏纵横之间，使空间温情之余，更显张力。皮质摩登，配饰趣格，在张弛有序里，生活向外以格局打开，向内以细腻感受。
Various textures are born for expression. The straight line is bright, the curve is smart, and the ups and downs are between vertical and horizontal, which makes the space warm and more tense. Modern leather, interesting accessories, in a relaxed and orderly way, life opens outward in a pattern and feels delicate inward.
材质是空间的无声语言。设计师精选温润的布艺、石材、冷峻的黑色，让它们在碰撞与融合中形成丰富的层次。一张沙发、一幅艺术挂画、一盏设计感的落地灯，一组酷感十足的架子鼓，这些精炼的软装点缀，如同乐谱中的重音，瞬间激活空间的个性与温度。
Material is the silent language of space. Designers select warm fabrics, stones and cold black, so that they can form rich layers in collision and integration. A sofa, an artistic hanging picture, a floor lamp with a sense of design, and a set of cool drum sets, these refined soft decorations, like the stress in the music score, instantly activate the personality and temperature of the space.

以光为引，以意为境，最大限度地延伸光进入空间的维度，在这个家中，每一个角落都被精心考量，却又显得松弛自然。它不追求瞬间的视觉冲击，而是致力于营造一种可持续的、能与居住者共同成长的日常美感。
In this family, every corner is carefully considered, but it seems relaxed and natural. It does not pursue instant visual impact, but is committed to creating a sustainable daily aesthetic feeling that can grow together with the residents.

Artistic innovation explores aesthetic value and cultural attributes
通过克制的色彩与考究的细节，营造出优雅松弛的用餐氛围。黑色餐椅与艺术挂画注入沉稳与活力，球形吊灯如悬浮的月光，柔和光线洒在餐桌，予生活以明媚和仪式感。
Through restrained colors and exquisite details, an elegant and relaxed dining atmosphere is created. Black dining chairs and art hanging pictures inject calmness and vitality, and spherical chandeliers are like suspended moonlight, and soft light is sprinkled on the dining table, giving life a bright and ceremonial feeling.
克制的线条与大胆的色彩碰撞，陈列的潮鞋与科比24号球衣、抽象艺术画，让热爱成为视觉焦点。让“酷感”与“温度”共存——既是沉静休憩的港湾，也是个性张扬的领地。
The restrained lines collide with bold colors, and the tide shoes on display, Kobe No.24 jerseys and abstract art paintings make love a visual focus. Let "coolness" and "temperature" coexist-it is not only a harbor for quiet rest, but also a territory for individuality.
